Cherry Blossom is nearly finished and fruit is set for the 2019 Cherry season
We’re expecting to open the season 29 Nov.. Please check before you plan to visit us as it all depends on the cherries!
PICK YOUR OWN CHERRIES We open the gates for you to pick-your-own cherries on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday mornings in season (7:30 am – 1pm).
We love seeing visitors and families enjoy the orchard. It’s best to come early in the morning as this is when cherries are at their best – before the days’ heat sets in. We loan you a picking lug and harness to use in the orchard. To cut back on waste we encourage you to bring boxes/eskies to take your cherries home. If travelling a long distance we also suggest an esky to keep the cherries cool.
FRESHLY PICKED CHERRIES Our farm packed cherries are on sale at the farm on picking days until sold out, from Mudgee Farmers Markets and delivered in our Cherry Express around north west NSW and Sydney and through fundraisers cherry drives. Over the past few years we’ve helped schools and a drought relief group raise funds with a healthy cherry drive – contact us if you’d like to start planning one for 2019! Our farm packed cherries are carefully sorted to remove smalls, under-ripe and odd cherries – but they’re not size graded giving you the natural mix of sizes and the fun pairs and clusters of cherries.
Cherries for wholesale domestic and export markets are size graded and sorted through a packhouse in Orange – these and our farm packed cherries are available wholesale.

Our cherry orchard was planted in 2008 and 2009 in the Eurunderee region of Mudgee. Irrigated from Pipeclay Creek it is just upstream of where Adam and Katherina Roth planted Mudgee’s first wine grapes in 1858 and grew orchard fruits and fresh vegetables, supplying the Gulgong gold rush.
PHOTOGRAPHY LOCATION – the orchard and picturesque former church are available for photography by prior arrangement.
