ROTHWOOD PICKLED CHERRIES – savoury spiced sweet and sour pickle.   Pairs well on a cheeseboard, in salads or with smoked meats.   The syrup makes a beautiful salad dressing or BBQ baste.  Sydney Royal Fine Food Show Silver Medal 2019 & 2017

ROTHWOOD CHERRIES IN VERMOUTH combine our cherries with the Pipeclay Vermouth from the nearby Peter van Gent winery.  Plump whole cherries poached in a full flavoured syrup.
